Alternatively, you can upgrade to a more advanced option (prices start at $60 per month plus processing fees).

The software works on Apple and Android tablets, meaning you won’t spend too much on extra hardware if you already have one. However, you’ll need something to process payments. 

A Square Kiosk is a helpful device that fixes your iPad POS to the wall and has a built-in contactless and chip reader. It costs $149, and you can add a free plug-in Square Reader to take swipe credit card payments too.

Lightspeed Restaurant POS

Lightspeed POS is a more expensive option at $69 monthly for the Essentials plan, with an additional 2.6% plus a $0.10 processing fee for every transaction.
