Plus, because you can use the extensive set of customizations to tailor your menu and order experience, your customers will find it intuitive to add their items, select their preferences and add-ons, and checkout.
Additional fees only apply if you surpass the monthly transaction limit for your current plan. For example, with the Starter plan, any transactions beyond the initial 500 are charged at 25 cents each. So, if you have 550 transactions in a month, you'll see an additional $12.50 on your bill. Only transactions made through your KioskBuddy kiosks count toward this limit.
TIP: You can also choose to pass these fees on to your customers by enabling the service fee feature.
You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time, even mid-billing cycle. If you notice that your transactions are exceeding your current plan's limit, you can upgrade to avoid overage fees. It's recommended to start with a lower plan and upgrade as your kiosk usage increases.
Upgrading your plan reduces both the base transaction fee and the overage fee. For example, the Business plan offers a lower overage fee of just 15 cents per transaction. Additionally, switching to annual billing cuts fees by 50%.
One KioskBuddy account can be used across multiple locations, as long as they share the same Square account. Pricing is designed to allow multiple locations to benefit from discounts offered at higher subscription tiers, enabling you to run multiple kiosks efficiently at each site.
