Upgrade or Downgrade your Subscription

You can upgrade or downgrade your current subscription plan to a different Tier whenever you'd like, for example if you were doing much less transactions in a given month than expected. If you're upgrading, you can even upgrade mid-billing cycle so that you get the better overage fee rate for the end of your current billing cycle.

How to change your current subscription plan

  1. Navigate to the KioskBuddy Web Dashboard.

  2. Navigate to the Account page.

  3. Scroll down and find the Subscription section.

  4. Push the CHANGE SUBSCRIPTION PLAN button.

  5. Select the new plan that you'd like out of the options that pop up.

  6. Push the UPDATE button to complete the process.
