Pause your Subscription

You can pause your subscription at any time if needed. For example, maybe you need more time to finish your kiosk setup, or maybe your business is in remodeling stages, or maybe you're temporarily closing down for the season. Here's how to do so.

Pausing your Subscription

If you wish to pause your subscription, you just need to visit your KioskBuddy Dashboard, navigate to the Account section, and scroll down to click on the Cancel Subscription button.

When clicking the Cancel Subscription button, a screen will pop-up asking if you'd like to pause your subscription instead. You'll see a drop down where you will be able to choose how long you wish to pause your subscription.
