Finding the printer model is pretty easy, the printer model is generally the name of the printer e.g. "TSPIII". You can also look on the bottom of your printer and check the model type as shown in the following pictures.

As you can see the model of the printer is the one boxed in red, highlighted in purple is the connection interface of this particular printer. The W stands for WiFi.

In this other example, the model of the printer is boxed in purple and the connection interface highlighted in red. The LB stands for LAN + Bluetooth, meaning you can connect the printer via network or via Bluetooth.

Other common connection interface often seen in printers is the U which stands for printers connected via USB.

If you have a printer connected with KioskBuddy, you will also see this information. You just need to exit out of kiosk mode and look for the printer settings.
