KioskBuddy supports cash payments but does not support integration with any cash drawers. Cash payments are disabled by default. If you would like to learn how to enable the option for cash payments, follow the steps below!
Open the KioskBuddy app.
Ensure you are on the KioskBuddy Configuration Home Screen.
If you are in Kiosk Mode, exit out of Kiosk Mode.
If you are in KDS Mode, exit out of KDS Mode.
Scroll down and find the section Optional: Configure payment settings.
Check the checkbox for Enable cash payments.
After enabling this option, once your customer checks out and selects cash for payment, any printed receipts or KDS orders would have "(CASH)" appended to it, as seen in the images below. This allows your staff to know that payment must be taken when the order is ready.
