Can I use a kitchen-facing name for my items?
KioskBuddy supports internal kitchen-facing names that are defined in your Square Item Library. For example, you might have a long descriptive food item name for your customer, "Pasture Raised Cage Free Eggs", but you want the item to read as just "Egg" for your kitchen staff. When KioskBuddy orders are sent to Square, the kitchen names will be used. You can set up a kitchen name for your items, item variations, or modifiers.
