You can refund a transaction made through KioskBuddy either from the Square Dashboard or Square POS App.
KioskBuddy is built on top of Square, which handles all of the payment processing. Thus, any refunds are handled through Square. The ability of refunding is the role of an employee. KioskBuddy currently does not support role-based access, so think of your Square account as serving as your "employee" account to handle any necessary refunds.
Navigate to your Square Dashboard.
From the Hamburger Menu, go to "Transactions".
Select the transaction that requires a refund.
On the right hand side, push the three dots to expand more options.
Push "Issue Refund".
On your device, open up the Square POS App.
From the menu, go to "Transactions".
Select the transaction that requires a refund.
Push "Issue Refund" button.
