What Square hardware is supported?

As an iPad based kiosk solution, KioskBuddy supports the following Square hardware for taking in-person payments. You'll need at least one of the following to support payments in KioskBuddy:

1. Square Stand (2nd generation)

2. Square Stand (1st generation)

3. Square Kiosk

4. Square Reader for contactless and chip

5. Square Reader for magstripe

6. Square Terminal

The following Square hardware is not supported:

1. Square Register - This is an Android based device and we are unable to load third party apps like KioskBuddy onto it.
