Sometimes, your internet connection may become a problem due to various factors. Here's what happens to your kiosk when there is an internet problem.

When the kiosk is disconnected from the internet, there will be an automatic warning message that will be displayed on the top part of the kiosk screen as shown in the picture above. When this issue occurs, the customer will still be able to add items to the cart if there is no internet connection. When the customer tries to checkout, an error message will pop up. To avoid this, we recommend using the "Custom No Internet Connection Image" feature.

How to enable "Custom No Internet Connection Image"

  1. From your KB dashboard push Kiosk Settings > push Advanced. Then scroll down to "Customer No Internet Connection Image" setting and push Upload.

You may also edit the text that shows up when a kiosk loses internet connection.

2. From the pop-up push Browse > choose your desired image and crop to your liking.

Once you upload the image, customers will not be able to add items to the cart when the kiosk has no internet.

To completely hide the 'no internet connection!' yellow bar, enter a blank space in the Internet Disconnected Description text field.
